ШУМИЛОВ ВЛАДИМИР МИХАЙЛОВИЧ

SHUMILOV Vladimir Mikhailovich is a famous Russian lawyer who has a great experience in scientific, educational and practical work. In 1980, he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). He has a doctorate level academic degree in law. Professor Shumilov is also a head of a department in the Russian Foreign Trade Academy of the Ministry for Economic Development of Russia.  He worked for many years in state authorities of the USSR and Russia, also he worked abroad. He took part in developing Russian laws and other normative acts, as well as in negotiations on the preparation and approval of international treaties. He implemented a formal collaboration with the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) in Rome and worked to join the Soviet Union.  Russia this international organization. He was CEO of several foreign trade enterprises. Vladimir SHUMILOV is a legal advisor to large enterprises, government agencies and public organizations of Russia. He is a member of the scientific advisory council of the Standing Committee on Legal Affairs of the Inter-parliamentary Assembly of the Eurasian Economic Community. A member of the International Law Council of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. Scientific advisor of the Accounting Chamber of the Russian Federation. Expert Working Group of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) on the accession of Russia the World Trade Organization (WTO). A member of the Russian Association of International Law, a member of editorial boards of several legal journals. Shumilov is also the arbitrator and the arbitrator of the International Commercial Arbitration Court for Russian Chamber of Commerce (ICAC). A member of the Writers' Union of Russia. Author of many scientific works and publications in Russia and abroad on the subject of theory of state and law, comparative law, international law. Among his work are the following books: "International Economic Law", 1999-2011 (with reissues); "Introduction to the legal system of Germany", 2001; "International Economic Law in the era of globalization", 2003; "The legal system of the United States", 2003, 2006; "International Financial Law", 2005, 2011; "Law" 2006 – 2011; "The World Trade Organization: the right and the system", 2006; "International Law", 2007-2011 - and others. He is an author of the book "Literary experiences in the spirit of Russian existentialism" (Wiley, 2007) and a collection of philosophical poems (New York, 2010).
